I think every author has biases when writing articles and i thought this one did. I would like to know Gore's electric usage per square footage of his house. that would be a compariable number than to the average american household which does not have as big of a house as al gore. Why attack someone that is trying to spread important enviromental information and only make changes for the greater good? i just don't understand. no one is perfect. it's like saying i eat pizza so i'm a hypocrit b/c i'm a dieitian.--Sarah (sorry just had to post my opinion since i feel strongly about it!--no offense taken i hope!)
I agree that the author of anything is biased based on their own preconceived ideas about the subject. The problem is that the same person who takes "corporate america" to task for the sins against the environment, is himself a huge sinner.

I DO AGREE THAT WE ALL Need to do what we can to cut back on waste and use of non-biodegradable items, recycle, etc. It's too bad that the message comes from someone who is not an expert in the field (the experts tend to divide pretty evenly in their opinions)and from someone so willing to shill to get his name in the press, good or bad.
